1.  You.  Have I told you how lovely you are?  How supported I feel when you come here and say kind things?  How worried I was that I’d be all alone here after leaving my old blog and how humbled I am that you come back to visit.  I completely adore you!

2.  Film.  I got more film back from my trip to California and get even more swoony over its rich colors as each package of prints lands in my hands.  Deep love.  This week there has been lots of news about the end of the Kodachrome film.  This article in the Globe and Mail (one of Canada’s main papers) is especially exciting to me as its all about the experience of this film from the perspective of some family friends, Finn (an incredibly talented and award winning photographer) and Errill O’Hara.   Its such a gorgeous film and its still available in some places.  I definitely want to try and get my hands on a roll before they are all gone! 3.  Music.  I’m super excited this week as a dear friend’s band The Cliks had their newest album come out this week.  I already have it in my lil’ hands and its pretty much in constant rotation on the stereo.  I’ve ranted many times about how proud I am of him and this new album brings that to another level.  Its incredible. What is especially exciting is that one track from their new album is itunes free single of the week (at least in Canada, I’m not too sure if it works for elsewhere) so if you felt tempted to check them out, you can get that song for free!  The link to their free single is down on the right side of the page.
