We all know that in the world of social media selfies, we are only seeing one curated image. So I thought today I’d share the photos that go along with the one I would have posted!

It’s one of the secret tricks that I share in Be Your Own Beloved…that the way to get that one photo you really love isn’t to try to be ‘perfect’ but instead to be playful. Shake of nervousness or the pressure to take a perfect selfie and instead have fun and put yourself at ease.  Try it…I dare you! Give yourself 1-2 minutes (even set a timer) and get silly!
